Come start at the very beginning of soap-making (the very best place to start, so I hear) by making simple melt & pour soap bars! Choose your scent, color and mold (including a selection of nerdy-themed molds.) All materials are included in the class fee.

About the event
Come learn the basics of soap making by using melt & pour soap to create individualized, nerdy hand-soaps. Soap mold options will include small leaves, potion bottles, gems, and full-size dragon-egg shaped bars. Soap base, fragrances, colorants, and molds are provided. Classroom provided by Make Salt Lake, located at 63 W 100 S in Salt Lake City. Classroom is in one of the portable buildings outside of the main building. The classroom is not currently accessible by wheelchair; more accessible class locations coming soon. Class capacity is limited, so sign up soon!
